A full hour of Ingham-method Reflexology will rejuvenate your body, mind, & spirit. Hand reflexology can be integrated into your session if you request it at the beginning of your treatment. Your session will include the deeply relaxing far-infrared and negative-ion technology of the amethyst BioMat. This technology enhances circulation and oxygenation while reducing stress, tension, and pain, elevating the reflexology experience, and taking you to a blissful state within minutes.
The Flocco-method of Integrative foot/hand/ear Reflexology is powerfully relaxing. Your session will include the deeply relaxing far-infrared and negative-ion technology of the amethyst BioMat. This technology enhances circulation & oxygenation while reducing stress, tension, & pain, taking you to a blissful state within minutes.
60 minutes of Ingham-method foot/hand Reflexology followed by a 30-minute Ionic Foot Detox treatment. An Ionic Foot Detox immediately following a Reflexology session assists in flushing out toxins that were released during your treatment. The 100 minute session includes 10 minutes for clean-up and checkout after foot detox.
We use a professional and medical-grade Ionic Foot Detox machine by IonSpa so you will see results you may not have experienced if you have had sessions elsewhere.

Prior to arriving for your first Reflexology appointment please download the Client History Intake Form. Please print and complete the forms. It will take approximately 10-15 minutes. If you have the capability, please scan your completed form and email back to me. It is helpful if you can get it to me 24-48 hours before you arrive for your appointment so that I have time to review it. This also permits us to maximum your session time.
If you are unable to get me the forms in advance, just bring them with you. If you have a record of your current medications and supplements you can save time by just including a copy with the Intake Form.
